About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and improve the LLM-based systems behind our platform. You will work on agents, RAG pipelines, and backend services used by real users every day, and you'll have a real say in how things are built.

What you'll do

• Build LLM-based features and agent workflows and take them into production
• Build and improve RAG pipelines over large datasets
• Set up ways to test and measure how well our AI features perform
• Add feedback loops so the system gets better with real usage
• Build backend services that can handle growth and background processing
• Work with the product team to solve user problems

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building LLM-based systems that run in production
• Experience with RAG: embeddings, vector databases, chunking, and retrieval
• Experience building agents or multi-step LLM workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or your own setup)
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs, or open-source models
• Good Python skills and backend experience with FastAPI, Django, or similar
• Understanding of system design, queues, and async processing

Good to have

• Experience with search or recommendation systems
• Experience with NLP or text extraction
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker and CI/CD
• Experience working with Nepali or other non-English text
