Recruitment Officer

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Officer who enjoys finding great talent and building lasting relationships. You will handle hiring for several client companies at once. Your work will cover everything from understanding a client’s needs to seeing a candidate successfully placed. If you thrive on targets, like talking to people, and have agency recruitment experience, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full hiring process for assigned vacancies, from receiving client requirements through offer and onboarding.
• Meet with clients to understand role requirements, team culture, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and our internal database.
• Headhunt passive candidates and map talent for hard-to-fill and upcoming roles.
• Review CVs, run screening calls and first-round interviews, and shortlist the best-fit candidates.
• Schedule client interviews and keep both candidates and clients updated at every stage.
• Support salary discussions and offer negotiations between candidates and clients.
• Keep candidate records, recruitment trackers, and the ATS accurate and up to date.
• Prepare regular hiring reports on pipeline status and placements.
• Build a strong talent pool so we can respond quickly to new client needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Bachelor’s with strong recruitment experience can also be considered.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably at a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS/CRM tools.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication in both English and Nepali, with confident negotiation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and vacancies without losing track of details.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• A proactive, organized, target-driven attitude.
